ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we are here to make things right if something was done in our error. Your happiness is our priority. Please email us at hello@justjesusbrand.com, with your order number in the subject line.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SHIPPING

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for orders not arriving by a certain date. Items are not delivered on weekends.

We are not responsible for the following:

Shipping delays. Please contact the carrier directly with shipping questions or concerns.
Packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been made.
Items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipments must be made within 5 business days, and are subject to a $15 reshipment fee.
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

GARMENT CARE

Turn items inside out. Wash on cold. Dry on low or air dry.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
